Germany - Es ist Sommer

This song is about summer.
During the Flashmeetings we have learned that we live in hot and cold countries. In the entries we can see children having a lot of fun in the snow as well as on the beach.
This nicely goes along with our song where it says:
"It doesn't matter whether you are hot or cold,
for summer is what's going on in your head".

We very much enjoy being part of this project
and we're looking forward to the voting.

Our song is called "The Game of Love".
Love is the key for happiness, peace and progress for the whole world.
And the game of love is the path that we all should follow...
The children have chosen this song because they like it's meaning and rythm
and because they love the singer of this song, Elena Paparizou.
We wish Good Luck to everybody..!

"O LUME MINUNATĂ" - ROMÂNIA

Childhood is the most beautiful stage in the life of any human being.. Adult persons would give anything to become children, children would give anything to grow up faster. So, give the children all the love you are able to give!
That’s what our song says.
“O lume minunată” ( It’s a wonderful world!)

video

" It's a wonderful world where you will find -Only children A world with a lot of sun and many toys -For Children. In this world with stories and flowers you will find -Only children And a world of innocence keep it anyway -For Children .
Yesterday we were children but the time changed usWe started in life and we had dreams fulfilled as we wanted Many good thoughts we collected and what we always learnt Children give the love we keep what's good to show them. What smile can be more truthful , more cleaner Which eyes know to talk so true? "

GOOD-LUCK EVERYONE!( Wherever you are from!)

Milimali - Song from Norway

They're singing about the school day, and being bestfriends.

England

This song is about our school and the fun we have learning about different subjects. We are sorry we cannot show the faces of our pupils on this blog because of strict codes of practice in our Local Authority. We can upload the video to the twin space on eTwinning with clear video pictures and I will do that later in the week.

Hello from Malta - Il-Vapur tal-Art

Our song is about the train which operated between Mdina (our old capital city) and Valletta (our capital city today). The train operated between 1883 and 1931. In 1931 the train stopped functioning, as it was too expensive to run. In a public garden in Birkirkara, one can find the remains of a train carriage and a former station used at the time when the train was a means of transport between the two cities.

"The Maltese train always worked at a loss,
But this train was a unique one which could not be found elsewhere..."
