Hvalborg - Song from Denmark

Denmark Stadil-Vedersø Skole

This video is based on Shubidua's "Hvalen Hvalborg"

This is a very very sad song telling the story of Hvalborg the Whale.
Once she was a very big, strong and beautiful queen of the oceans.
But now she is dead, stuffed with old newspapers and cotton.
You can see her exhibited for a dime.
All we now have is the memory,
so we can only say sleep well, goodbye and leave her.

This is a wonderful song, really well sung, and imaginatively produced. I watched the original version on youtube, and I think your singing and playing is even better than the professional version! Good luck...
