Veni, vidi, vici! Our victory in Rome.

The final awards ceremony of the Global Junior Challenge took place in central Rome on Friday 9th October, in the prestigious Julius Caesar room of the Campidoglio City Halls.

A total of 109 projects from all over the world had been shortlisted as finalists, and the fantastic news from the awards was that Schoolovision 2009 was awarded 1st place in the "up to 15 years old" category!

In Rome, with the trophy, after winning the Global Junior Challenge.

To all the hundreds of children from all over Europe who took part in this wonderful project, and to all the project partners, I would like to say a huge "Thank you", for making it possible for Schoolovision to win such an amazing award.
